Terms and conditions for prepaid travel cards
Important note: Please read the following terms and conditions carefully and carefully before using the MasterCard card owned by the Economy Bank for Investment and Finance. 3. Loss, theft, damage, or misuse

2.4 – We are not responsible for any failure to complete any transaction or any unsuccessful operation that you may perform if you do not have enough money stored on the Economy Bank card to complete the operation. That the system has been interrupted or is not working properly, or there are circumstances beyond our control that prevent the completion of the transaction, or that the merchant authorizes an amount greater than the required amount.
3.4 To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us against any losses or damages that we may suffer or incur due to any claim, demand, financial demand and/or action of any kind directed at us directly or indirectly. Because: (a) you have failed to comply with your obligations under these Terms and Conditions, or (b) you have acted negligently or fraudulently in relation to these Terms and Conditions.
4.4 To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential), and we will not be limited to these terms and conditions, for failure to comply with or perform any of our obligations for any reason. Recharging means depositing additional amounts on the card, not exceeding the permissible ceiling and within the limits set forth in Clause 8 below. Recharge operations can be carried out through the bank’s agent centers or by transferring from another card.

9- Responsibility for operations
The cardholder is fully responsible for all transactions made on the card, including currency conversion amounts or additional amounts imposed by the merchant and operations resulting from misuse of the card or failure to report it in the event of its loss or theft.
10- Confidentiality of cardholder information and disclosure of information to third parties
Taking into account the provisions of Paragraph 2.2 above, the bank is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the cardholder’s information and the transactions performed on it, provided that the bank has the right to disclose any information or card operations to a third party within the limits of what it deems appropriate and within the limits of what is necessary to complete the operations or benefit from the third party’s services. Or for the purposes of filing legal cases, or in compliance with legal orders or rulings, or in compliance with the instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq or MasterCard International, in cases required by reporting or otherwise.
